second information is changed or updated, we know

account, we feel that it will help you control and
manage your properties much more effortlessly, staying
informed at all times. It is worth noting that 'My Alerts' has not been designed as a substitute to customer
service but to compliment it; our friendly staff
will always be happy to answer questions and help
in any way they can.
So, ok then… how much
extra is this facility going to cost me?
Nothing. As using 'My Alerts' helps to streamline
processes and speed up communications, property
transactions
can be conducted in a much quicker time, we therefore
want to encourage our customers to use the facility
and as of such do not charge an extra penny for
its’ use.
How secure is 'My Alerts' account?
At Justin Kinsella & Associates we understand
that some of the information you may give us is
of a private nature and as of
such take the subject of data protection very seriously.

I am either looking to buy or rent, how will 'My Alerts' help me?
'My Alerts' allows you to save and/or change
different search criteria, automatically always
showing you
what we have available that match each of them.
Photographs, floor plans, room descriptions, location
maps, area guides can
be found for each match, allowing you to make an
informed decision on whether you think it is worth
your time going to view a property. Should you decide
you like the look of a property, you can shortlist
it as a favourite or book a viewing online there
and then.
If you are
looking to buy with a mortgage, you can set the
mortgage calculator to your lenders
rate and each of your matching properties will then
show what the monthly repayment would be should
you decide to purchase at the asking price.
So what do I need to do to start using
'My Alerts'?
Simply register your requirements by filling out a short entry form online or by calling us. Once you have logged into your 'My Alerts' account,
